NEW BOARD OF DIRECTORS AT M7 TO ACCELERATE GROWTH PLANS

Luxembourg, September 5, 2016 – M7 Group SA, the leading Pan-European satellite Pay TV operator controlled by French Private Equity firm Astorg, announces that it has made several changes to its Board to accelerate growth plans. Marc Antoine d’Halluin has been appointed as Chairman of the Board, Hans Troelstra as CEO and Ernst Jan van Rooijen as CFO. The company, which owns and operates DTH (Direct-to-Home) platforms across Europe with over three million subscribers, aims to further develop its content centric approach focusing on offering the broadest and most appealing linear and on demand content for its customers via multiple media platforms.
