Objective of the role

Considering the centralized operating model and having commercial presence in multiple countries, the E-commerce manager will provide strategic expertise to drive sales through digital channels. This person would work with our sales team and agencies to improve our conversions through paid and organic digital marketing. They would be responsible for optimizing existing channels and exploring sales opportunities with new digital channels, in-line with latest industry trends. This role requires coordination with local brands and vendors, providing strategic guidance and improve our reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Work with our vendors to audit and improve strategies for paid media

• Improve our sales performance – both organic and paid

• Participation in regular e-commerce business reviews

• Independently own and drive organization wide e-commerce projects

• Ad-hoc analysis to suggest performance improvement strategies

• Offer support to improve our reports

• Coordinate e-commerce best-practices across brands

Skills & Experience:

• Master in Marketing/Sales and/or relevant experience in e-commerce

• Knowledge of latest trends in digital marketing

• 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing/sales

• Strong analytical skills

• Ability to work transversally

• Active with a high energy level

• Team player

• Good written and verbal communication skills (English)
